Edwin Ray Conner was a Senior Chief Petty Officer in the United States Navy when he was Killed in Action in South Vietnam (over water) on 16 May 1970. Conner was born on 27 March 1935, and his home city of record is Hillsboro, Texas. Conner's remains have not been returned.
