Stephen Owen Musselman was a Lieutenant (Junior Grade) in the United States Navy when he went Missing in Action in North Vietnam on 10 September 1972. Musselman was born on 04 December 1945, and his home city of record is Texarkana, Texas. Musselman's remains were returned and identified in 1981.
