Scott Ferris Moore, Jr. was an AZ3 in the United States Navy when he was Killed in Action in South Vietnam (over water) on 20 Febryary 1970. Moore was born on 28 April 1949, and his home city of record is Mesquite, Texas. Moore's remains have not been returned.
